The Hotham Room and Chefs’ Library
The ultimate way to celebrate your special occasion, or hold a corporate meeting. This is our first floor luxury private dining experience, offering intimate exclusive dining in The Hotham Room for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 people, with bespoke tasting menus by James Mackenzie.
In the separate, cookery-book-lined snug lounge, The Chefs' Library, you can enjoy your pre-dinner champagne and canapés then relax afterwards with coffee, petits fours and maybe another drink or two.
The Conservatory
For larger parties our airy conservatory offers Pipe and Glass Inn hospitality with vistas across our gardens to the stunning Dalton Park. It features large bespoke reclaimed wooden tables with dining from eight to 28 people. Offering James' seasonal menus individually tailored to your requirements. We offer exclusive use of the conservatory for parties of 20 or more.
