Voucher valid for 12 months from date of issue.

The voucher is non-transferable, not eligible for resale and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If a voucher is used against a bill where the total value is less than that of the voucher then the remaining balance will be returned the customer in the form of a voucher, no cash value will be returned to the voucher holder.

Please treat vouchers as cash. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

All printed vouchers are sent Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class. Delivery is subject to Royal Mail service, please allow 3-5 days for delivery during busy periods.

Digital vouchers are sent via email. You will receive instructions on how to download your voucher shortly after checkout.
