Key responsibilities:
Preparation and cooking of dishes to a high standard
Mentoring, training and development of others
Provide a fast, efficient and high-class service to customers
Ordering and stock management
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene, appropriate to food preparation and service.
Experience required:
Must be aware of, and conform to, all health and hygiene regulations
Confidence in communicating with, and mentoring others
Professional, enthusiastic attitude
Eligible to work in the UK
Driving Licence and own transport (we are in a beautiful surrounding, but quite rural).
