The Pipe and Glass are searching for a talented, motivated individual to join our friendly kitchen team in our East Yorkshire award-winning Michelin Star pub.

The Sous Chef will work closely alongside James and our head chef to inspire and lead the large kitchen team in their daily duties. This is the ideal opportunity for a professional chef looking to progress their career in a top-class kitchen.

Role to include:
Preparation and cooking of dishes at a high standard
Supervisory duties
Ordering and stock management
Training and development of the kitchen team.
Experience required:
Must be aware of, and conform to, all health and hygiene regulations
Confidence in leading the kitchen team
Previous experience at Chef de Partie level or higher
Professional, enthusiastic attitude
Eligible to work in the UK.
