Show Season
The county show season is in full swing and James will be hitting the road again to demonstrate Michelin-star dishes from the Pipe and Glass using some of his favourite seasonal, Yorkshire ingredients.
Among others, James will be making a special appearance on the Asda stand at the Great Yorkshire Show with Zach Abbott, winner of this year’s prestigious Golden Apron competition, and crowned ‘Yorkshires Best Young Chef’.
The competition, which is organised by James Mackenzie and Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School, is supported by Asda, and for the second year running the winner of the competition has had to opportunity to work with James to develop a selection of products, which will be launched in Asda stores in the Autumn.
James and Zach will be demonstrating these products along with the perfect accompaniments to compliment the dish.
James will be appearing at the following events;
Tuesday 7th July
—
Great Yorkshire Show. Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate.
Wednesday 19th July
— Driffield Show. Driffield Showground, Driffield.
