FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DINING

Are you opening for outdoor dining from 12th April?
We will be reopening for outdoor dining between Thursday 22nd April and Sunday 16th May.

We will be serving a limited patio and garden menu, Thursday to Saturday, between 12 noon and 7pm, and 12 noon to 4pm on Sundays. We will remain closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with the exception of Bank Holiday Monday, 3rd May.

Reservations are available for up to 6 guests and can be made over the phone only on 01430 810246. A deposit of £20 per person will be required to secure a reservation.

Social distancing and COVID- safe measures will be in place, including the requirement to wear a face covering when entering the building to access the toilets.

COVID-safe Measures
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and our team is of paramount importance to us and we have been working hard to implement all possible precautions to ensure all guests have a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience with us.

Some of these measures will mean that there will be a few noticeable changes to your visit, but you can be confident that you will still be able to enjoy ‘Great Food with Great Yorkshire Hospitality’ at the Pipe and Glass.

Our comprehensive COVID-safe risk assessment is available to view here.

How can I make a restaurant reservation?
We hope to reopen fully on Tuesday 18th May. To make a booking following this date, please call our reservations team on 01430 810246. Currently the reservations office is open between 9am and 2pm, Tuesday to Friday.

A deposit of £20 per person is required at the time of booking for this reason we do not take table reservations via email.

Can I book a table for the bar area?
Yes, we have introduced bookings in the bar area and tables are currently available on a pre-booked basis only.

Are children allowed at the Pipe and Glass?
Of course! Children are welcome in both the bar & restaurant and even have their own ‘Little Peoples’ menu.
